This year we propose a technical masterclass:
“Fine dining all’Italiana”

Four Italian chefs will guide you along an Italian menu’ :
Chef Alessandro Uva = Restaurant Mario in Neck
Chef Monique Posset = Restaurant Schatull in Vaals
Chef Pasquale Carfora = Restaurant Aroma in Vaassen
Chef Salvatore Randazzo = Restaurant il Gattopardo in Rotterdam
The event is organized in the frame of The Extraordinary Italian Taste project, promoted and financed by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and implemented by Assocamerestero, in collaboration with the Italian Chambers of Commerce abroad, to enhance and support the authentic Italian food productions.
The aim of the event is to share with the participants the Italian way of cooking , some techniques and to acquire knowledge about some ingredients.
Due to the size of the cooking studio , with two workstations , the attending chefs will be divided into 2 groups. One group stays in the restaurant with sommelier Dario Troc for a olive oil tasting and other products, while the other group will be attending the cooking masterclasses. ( the second group will be divided in other two sub groups)
In the second round the groups will exchange.
