The Italian Chamber of Commerce for the Netherlands in collaboration with Linfa, Az. Speciale Camera di Commercio delle Marche and Agenzia Turismo ed Internazionalizzazione Marche is organising an International Business Delegation.
The business trip will be held in Ancona from 6 till 9 November 2023 giving you the possibility to meet the producers of the district.
Furthermore, being the delegation an international one you will have also the opportunity to talk with colleagues coming from other EU countries.

As said the B2B is designed to last 3 days, the list of sellers here, please choose those you would like to meet in order to allow the organisation to finalise your personal agenda.

6th of November 2023, Monday
– Arrival at the Ancona International airport and pick-up
– Transfer and check-in at the Hotel Villa Gens Camuria – Camerano
– Lunch
– Dinner (to be defined)

7th of Novembre 2023, Tuesday
– B2B meetings – morning sessions
– Business lunch
– B2B meetings – afternoon session
– Dinner (to be defined)

8th of Novembre 2023, Wednesday
– Visits to selected companies according to each buyer’s interest.

9th of Novembre 2023, Thursday
– Transfer to the Ancona International airport

THE INVITATION INCLUDES:
– Complimentary accommodation throughout your stay in hotels,
– Full board accommodation during your stay in Ancona
– All transfers during your stay in Ancona
– Transfer from Ancona airport to the hotel,
– Transfer to Ancona airport at scheduled time,
– Cost of flight in economy class (to be reimbursed after the event)

THE INVITATION DOES NOT INCLUDE:
– Costs for 2nd business guests and extras.

Please note that places are limited and requests of participation first have to be evaluated and accepted by the host organisation; therefore the flights must not be purchased before your acceptance into the delegation is confirmed, the organisation will take care of the reimbursment of the tickets after the event.
