The Italian Chamber of Commerce for the Netherlands , in collaboration with the Italian Exhibition Group , is pleased to announce SIGEP 2026 , the International Trade Fair of Artisan Gelato, Pastry, Bakery and Coffee. which will take place in Rimini from 16th till 20th January 2026.
We are selecting a Dutch delegation of professional operators interested in visiting the exhibitions.
Please find below the services offered by IEG to the selected participants:

  • 3 nights in a hotel (check-in January 18th and check-out January 21st 2026 ); (*)
  • Contribution to travel expenses up to 300 Euro (please see conditions**)
  • Transfers from /to Bologna Airport / Rimini
  • Lunches at the fair ground;
  • Daily transfer hotel/fair/hotel during the event;
  • A free pass to the show

(*) Total or partial cancellations, or changes to reservations, without incurring in penalties will be possible only by respecting the “cancellation policy” that will be communicated through the hotel registration form. Any penalty charged to us by the hotel will be borne by the guest himself. A credit card will be asked. The difference for the use of double rooms or extra nights will be charged to the guest who requests it.

(**) the flights costs will be refund upon the arrival at fair but after the conclusion of the due B2B meetings. Invoice should be sent within 18th December 2025.

Please note that places are limited, and your application first has to be approved and confirmed by the organisers.

PLEASE NOTE:
SIGEP schedules a programme for the operators taking part in the event. Once your attendance is confirmed, you will be kindly asked to respect this program, to arrange a number of meetings with selected exhibitors (at least 10), being at the exhibition the whole two days ( 19-20 January) .
The above hospitality is directly related to the full compliance with the buyer’s obligations and attendance to the planned activities.
