Verona 9-13 April 2022

The Italian Chamber of Commerce for the Netherlands (www.italianchamber.nl ), in collaboration with the Belgian-Italian Chamber of Commerce and Veronafiere, is pleased to invite you to Vinitaly (http://www.vinitaly.com/), the International Fairs of Wine, Spirits and Quality Agro-Food, two extraordinary fairs which will take place in Verona from April 09th to April 13th 2022.

We are selecting a Dutch delegation of professional operators interested in visiting the exhibitions.

Please find below the services offered by Veronafiere to the selected participants:

  • 4 nights in a hotel selected by Veronafiere: (check-in April 09th and check-out April 13th 2022);
  • Round trip tickets in Economy class
  • Lunches at the fair ground;
  • Daily transfer hotel/fair/hotel during the event;
  • A free pass to the show along with a copy of the Official Catalogue of the event;
  • for this edition of Vinitaly/ Sol&Agrifood, dinners will not be offered. However, there will be a free evening transfer service from the hotel to Verona city centre (and back). The timetable will be communicated to you before the event.

(**) IMPORTANT: for this edition is activated a ticketing service through the Agency TOP TRAVEL TEAM of Verona that will issue tickets.

In case of travelling with your car, a kilometer refund of € 0.30 per kilometer will be recognized to the buyer and will be invoiced to Veronafiere and refunded by bank transfer.

(*) Total or partial cancellations, or changes to reservations, without incurring in penalties will be possible only by respecting the “cancellation policy” that will be communicated through the hotel registration form. Any penalty charged to us by the hotel will be borne by the guest himself.  A credit card will be asked. The difference for the use of double rooms or extra nights will be charged to the guest who requests it.

Please note that places are limited, and your application first has to be approved and confirmed by the organizers, only after acceptance, you will be invited to book your flights and organise your stay in Verona.

PLEASE NOTE:

Veronafiere scheduled a programme for the operators taking part in the event. Once your attendance is confirmed, you will be kindly asked to respect this program, and to arrange a number of meetings with the selected exhibitors.

Before booking your flight, it is warmly recommended that you contact the Italian Chamber of Commerce so that the acceptance of your application can be verified, and your stay in Verona optimally organised.
