“A masterclass with Stars”

Keynote speaker:

The event is organised in the frame of The Extraordinary Italian Taste project, promoted and financed by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and implemented by Assocamerestero, in collaboration with the Italian Chambers of Commerce abroad, to enhance and support the authentic Italian food productions.

Chef Gramaglia will entertain us with his vision about the Italian way of cooking and the importance of the use of original products, while Chef Derflingher will share with the audience his international experience as ambassador of the Italian gastronomy.

The program will be structured as follows:

• 11.00 hrs: Registration of the participants and opening
• 11.15 hrs: masterclass and show cooking lunch (menu’ in attachment)
• 15.00 hrs: closing

Participation is only on invitation, and due to limited seats, attendance should be accepted and confirmed.
