The jour ney will allow you to discover ancient villages and natural places such as S. Stef ano,Bominaco, Valle del Tirino, Sulmona and Scanno. For more details please see the here belowprogram.

Arrival to Roma Airport and transfer to the Hotel
The driver will be waiting at the exit gate with a signboard.
The flight details will be communicated after your registration as participant.
Meeting at the Hotel lobby with the organizers of the event.
Welcome dinner at the hotel restaurant
Monday, 28th May
09:00 Free visit to L’Aquila
13:00 Lunch
15:30 Guided tour of L’Aquila
17:30 Registration of participants at Chamber of Commerce of L’Aquila
18:00 Welcome speeches
Meeting with DMC (Destination Management Companies)
Participants’ round table introduction (maximum 6/7 minutes for each participant)
20:30 Dinner

Tuesday, 29th May
8:00 Tour of the province of L’Aquila: Santo Stefano di Sessanio, Bominaco,
Valle del Tirino, Sulmona and Scanno.
13:00 Lunch at Sulmona
18:00 Return to L’Aquila
20:30 Dinner
Wednesday, 30th May
8:30 Visit to Avezzano, Alba Fucens and/or Cunicoli di Claudio
12:30 Lunch
14:00 Transfer to Roma Airport; return flight
